have 24 years experience in various areas of residential and commercial real estate.  For the last 7 years, I've worked in residential and commercial restoration sales for damages resulting from water, fire and mold damage. With that experience I have a unique perspective in identifying potential problem areas before damage occurs or identifying early warning signs of damage. I've seen it all and i carry the proper tools to look deeper into the condition of your home or building. We are not a "house sitting" service, we're a nationally accredited professional service that can appease your concerns while you're away.

I'm a dedicated family man and I've been married to my beautiful wife, Debbie, for 10 years. She's a financial advisor, and we have two children.
